In the year 1880 the master baker Gregor Dreher established the bakery and confectionery Dreher in the German village of Possenhofen near Lake Starnberg, thus laying the foundation for many specialities that today are marketed in Austria and many other European countries. In celebration of 125th anniversary of the family-run business the founder´s great-great-grandson and master confectioner Gregor Svend Dreher established the Salzburg Patisserie. Treat yourself to some of the finest traditional Austrian pastries with a touch of the Bavarian art of confectionery.
